Beth Burnham Mace is the Chief Economist and Director of Outreach at the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC). Prior to joining the staff at NIC, she served as a member of the NIC Board of Directors for seven years and chaired NIC’s Research Committee. Ms. Mace was also a Director at AEW Capital Management and worked in the AEW Research Group for 17 years. Prior to joining AEW in 1997, Ms. Mace spent ten years at Standard & Poor’s DRI/McGraw-Hill as the Director of the Regional Information Service. She also worked as a Regional Economist at Crocker Bank, the National Commission on Air Quality, the Brookings Institution and Boston Edison.
Steve Blazejewski is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and senior portfolio manager for the Senior Housing Partners (SHP) fund series. Based in Atlanta, Steve is responsible for managing all aspects of the SHP fund series including portfolio strategy, investment decisions, and management of the SHP team. The SHP funds are closed-end, discretionary, commingled funds focused on investments in the senior housing industry.
John Moore is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Atria Senior Living, Inc., a national seniors housing operator with its support center in Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Moore has served on the board of Atria and its predecessor’s boards since 1999, and as Chief Executive Officer for Atria and its predecessor since 2003. He was elected as Atria’s Chairman of the Board in 2012.
Mr. Moore is a member of the Board of Argentum, a senior housing industry trade association, and former Chairman of the Board of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care. He has also been a member of various industry associations including the Pension Real Estate Association.
Chris Taylor is Managing Director for Capital One’s Healthcare Real Estate team. Chris works with a team of over 50 people in providing debt capital to the Long-Term Care space utilizing the company’s Balance Sheet as well as offering Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD financing options. Prior to Capital One Chris held a similar position with GE Capital. Chris has over 35 years of lending experience in a variety of roles including the last 15 years in the Senior Housing and Skilled Nursing sectors.
